Overview
Developed as a personal project, this series of renders stems from a charming wooden toy set manufactured in my friend’s workshop. The initial motivation was straightforward: to use a passion project to deeply explore the potential of Blender. This became a fun exercise in translating the tactile, analogue quality of handcrafted wood into a detailed, photorealistic digital environment.

The Solution
The execution focused entirely on visualization and material study. Using Blender, I concentrated on translating the tactile quality of the handmade wooden pieces into the digital realm. This involved careful attention to detail, including procedural wood grain, surface imperfections, and soft studio lighting. To achieve the final level of photorealism and ensure consistent materiality, the rendered 3D base was processed through an AI image generator (Krea), enabling a rapid, high-fidelity refinement of the visual outcome.
